本ページは、一般社団法人STEM Academyが運営するSTEM Racing Japanを通じて提供するLearning Platform、大会、イベント、ワークショップその他の有料サービスについて、特定商取引に関する法律に基づく事項を表示するものです。
This page provides the information required under Japan’s Act on Specified Commercial Transactions in relation to the Learning Platform, competitions, events, workshops and other paid services offered through STEM Racing Japan, operated by STEM Academy, General Incorporated Association.

7. 販売価格・役務の対価 / Prices and Service Fees
Learning Platform、大会、イベント、ワークショップその他の有料サービスの価格は、各サービスの申込ページ、案内ページまたは申込書等に税込価格で表示します。
Prices for the Learning Platform, competitions, events, workshops and other paid services are displayed, including applicable consumption tax, on the relevant registration page, information page or application form.
8. 販売価格・役務の対価以外に必要な費用 / Additional Charge
インターネット接続料金、通信料金、交通費、宿泊費、材料費、機材費、銀行振込手数料その他、各サービスの利用または参加に際して必要となる費用は、特に記載がない限り、利用者または参加者の負担となります。
教材、キット、部品その他の商品を配送する場合に送料その他の費用が発生する場合は、各申込ページまたは販売ページに表示します。
Unless otherwise stated, users or participants are responsible for costs incurred in connection with the use of or participation in the relevant service, including internet and communication charges, transportation, accommodation, materials, equipment and bank transfer fees.
Where learning materials, kits, parts or other physical items are shipped and additional delivery or other charges apply, the applicable charges will be displayed on the relevant registration or sales page.
9. お支払方法 / Payment Methods
以下の方法によりお支払いいただきます。
・クレジットカード決済
・銀行振込
・その他、各サービスの申込ページまたは案内に明示する方法
Payment may be made by the following methods:
・Credit card
・Bank transfer
・Other payment methods specified on the relevant registration or information page
10. お支払時期 / Payment Timing
クレジットカード決済の場合は、原則として申込時に決済されます。実際の引落日は、ご利用のクレジットカード会社の規定によります。
銀行振込の場合は、申込ページ、請求書または当法人からの案内に記載された期限までにお支払いください。
For credit card payments, payment is generally processed at the time of application. The actual debit date will depend on the terms and conditions of the card issuer.
For bank transfers, payment must be made by the deadline specified on the relevant registration page, invoice or other communication from us.
11. サービスの提供時期 / Service Commencement
Learning Platform
Learning Platformの利用期間は、当法人がご案内する利用開始日から1年間です。
お申込みおよび所定の決済手続き完了後、当法人がご案内する利用開始日からサービスをご利用いただけます。
具体的な利用開始日については、各プランの申込ページ、申込完了後の案内または当法人からの連絡にてお知らせします。
The Learning Platform is provided for a period of one year from the service commencement date notified by us.
Following completion of the application and required payment procedures, access to the Learning Platform will commence on the date notified by us.
The specific commencement date will be provided on the relevant plan or registration page, following completion of the application, or by separate communication from us.
大会・イベント・ワークショップ / Competitions, Events and Workshops
各大会、イベントまたはワークショップについて、申込ページまたは案内に記載する開催日程に従ってサービスを提供します。
Services relating to competitions, events and workshops will be provided in accordance with the dates and schedules stated on the relevant registration or information page.
12. 申込期間・定員 / Application Period and Capacity
申込期限または定員を設ける場合は、各サービス、大会、イベントまたはプログラムの申込ページ等に表示します。
定員または予定数に達した場合は、申込期間中であっても受付を終了する場合があります。
Where an application deadline or capacity limit applies, this will be displayed on the relevant registration page.
Registration may close before the stated deadline where the maximum capacity or number of available places has been reached.
13. Learning Platformの契約期間・更新 / Learning Platform Contract Term and Renewal
Learning Platformの契約期間は、利用開始日から1年間です。
契約は自動更新されません。
契約期間終了後も継続して利用を希望する場合は、改めてお申し込みいただく必要があります。
再申込後の利用料金その他の条件については、再申込時に適用される料金および条件が適用されます。
The contract term for the Learning Platform is one year from the service commencement date.
The contract does not renew automatically.
Users who wish to continue using the Learning Platform after the end of the contract term must submit a new application.
The fees and other conditions applicable at the time of the new application will apply to the subsequent service period.
14. キャ ンセル・解約・返金 / Cancellations, Termination and Refunds
Learning Platform
利用開始日前にキャンセルされた場合は、支払済みの年間利用料金を全額返金します。
利用開始後の中途解約は可能ですが、支払済みの年間利用料金は原則として返金いたしません。
ただし、当法人の責めに帰すべき事由によりサービスを提供できない場合、または法令に別段の定めがある場合は、この限りではありません。
Learning Platformの解約を希望する場合は、contact@stemracing.jpまでご連絡ください。
If the Learning Platform is cancelled before the service commencement date, any annual fee already paid will be refunded in full.
Users may terminate the Learning Platform during the contract term; however, annual fees already paid are, in principle, non-refundable once the service has commenced.
This does not apply where we are unable to provide the service for reasons attributable to us or where otherwise required by applicable law.

大会参加費 / Competition Participation Fees
STEM RACING JAPAN利用規約に基づき、大会参加費は支払後、返金いたしません。
Competition participation fees are non-refundable after payment in accordance with the STEM RACING JAPAN Terms and Conditions.
イベント・ワークショップ / Events and Workshops
キャンセルおよび返金に関する条件は、各イベントまたはワークショップの申込ページに表示します。
Cancellation and refund conditions for events and workshops will be stated on the relevant registration page.
15. 当法人による中止・変更 / Cancellation or Changes by Us
天災、災害、悪天候、会場の事情、安全上の理由、関係機関からの要請その他やむを得ない事情により、大会、イベント、ワークショップ、プログラム等の内容、日時または会場を変更、延期または中止する場合があります。
当法人による開催中止またはサービス提供中止の場合の返金その他の取扱いについては、対象となるサービスごとにご案内します。
Competitions, events, workshops and programmes may be modified, postponed or cancelled due to natural disasters, severe weather, venue circumstances, safety considerations, requests from relevant authorities or other unavoidable circumstances.
Where an event or service is cancelled by us, the applicable refund or other arrangements will be communicated separately for the relevant service.
16. デジタルサービスの利用環境 / Technical Requirements for Digital Services
Learning Platformその他のオンラインサービスの利用には、インターネット接続環境および対応するパソコン、タブレットその他の端末が必要です。
インターネット接続料金、通信料金、端末費用その他利用環境を整えるための費用は、利用者の負担となります。
Access to the Learning Platform and other online services requires an internet connection and a compatible computer, tablet or other device.
Internet access charges, communication charges, device costs and other costs required to establish an appropriate operating environment are the responsibility of the user.
17. 返品・交換 / Returns and Exchanges
Learning Platform、大会参加、イベント、ワーク ショップ等は役務の提供であるため、商品の返品はありません。
教材、キット、部品その他の商品を販売する場合の返品、交換、不良品等の取扱いについては、各販売ページまたは申込時の案内に別途表示します。
As the Learning Platform, competition participation, events and workshops constitute services, there are no physical goods to return.
Where learning materials, kits, parts or other physical products are sold, the applicable return, exchange and defective product policy will be stated separately on the relevant sales or registration page.
18. その他の条件 / Other Conditions
STEM Racing Japanが提供するLearning Platform、大会、イベント、ワークショップその他のサービスには、本表記に加え、STEM RACING JAPAN利用規約、Competition Regulations、Technical Regulations、各大会・イベントの参加要項、その他個別に定める条件が適用される場合があります。
利用者または参加者は、申込みに際して、対象となるサービスに適用される最新の規約、レギュレーションおよび参加条件をご確認ください。
In addition to this disclosure, the Learning Platform, competitions, events, workshops and other services provided through STEM Racing Japan may be subject to the STEM RACING JAPAN Terms and Conditions, applicable Competition Regulations, Technical Regulations, participation requirements and other specific terms.
Users and participants should review the latest applicable terms, regulations and participation conditions before applying for a service.

個人情報の取扱いについては、当法人が別途定める「プライバシーポリシー」をご確認ください。
